About PEPS
Since 1983, PEPS has helped new parents to connect and grow. Parents come together each week to share the joys and challenges of parenthood and develop confidence in their own parenting abilities. For many parents, their PEPS Group becomes part of their extended family, a supportive community that lasts a lifetime.

PEPS Programs
Orientation
Learn what to expect and how to get the most out of your PEPS Group. Orientation is a free, drop-in one-time session, held three times a month. Day and evening sessions are offered. Current schedule.
Newborn PEPS Groups
For families with babies 4 months old or younger. Twelve weekly sessions follow PEPS’ tried and true format of sharing, bonding and learning. These volunteer-facilitated groups (offered days and evenings) are held in members' homes, helping parents connect to other families in their area. Full details.
Baby Peppers
For families with older babies 5 to 12-months old. Baby Peppers is offered at sites in Wallingford, South Seattle, and Bellevue. Each 90-minute session includes play time for the babies and sharing and learning time for the parents. Find out more about Baby Peppers.
Little Peppers
For families with both an infant and a toddler. Little Peppers is offered at three sites: Seattle (Wallingford), West Seattle, and Bellevue. Each 90-minute session includes play time for the toddlers and sharing and learning time for the parents. Find out more about Little Peppers.
Parent Talk Lectures
PEPS offers an on-going lecture series. Topics vary, and may be aimed at expectant parents, parents of babies, or parents of toddlers, but all offer fabulous insights to guide you on your parenting journey.
PEPS Partnerships
PEPS is proud to work with partners to meet the needs of parents outside of King County and/or those facing unique parenting challenges. Our current partners include: Jewish Family Services for Newborn Groups with culturally relevant additions; The Boeing Company which offers outreach and support for our programs in Snohomish County; and Seattle Families of Multiples for PEPS Groups for multiples.
