Harry Hoffman, Executive Director

Harry keeps himself busy with implementing PEPS’ strategic plan, managing the agency’s operations, and maintaining strong and positive relationships within and beyond the PEPS community.

Before joining PEPS, Harry worked in organizing and outreach in the affordable housing sector, bringing together community members to resolve issues of family homelessness. He has extensive experience in fundraising, management, and grant writing.

Outside of Work:  Harry’s personal interests include his two children Bryana (age 21) and Marissa (age 10), world music, local travel and soccer. He serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Washington’s Fundraising Management Certificate Program and on the Northwest Folklife Board of Directors and is a past Board President of the Seattle Youth Soccer Association.

Education: Harry holds a BA in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College where he focused on cultural studies and Certificates in both Nonprofit Management and Fundraising Management from the University of Washington.
